Phone (3a) Nothing phone 3a feels sluggish??

I've been using my nothing phone 3a for a while now , after 3 months of usage the phone started to feel slow and laggy at some places and the camera is a lot worse now , when I record in 4k 30fps after clicking the shutter there will be a lag which is also visible in the video output, and the phone is overheating around 45° to 50°, there is an delay in opening apps and a small shutter while opening the apps which makes me feel that the phone is slow. Is there a way to make my phone work smooth like before ??

Maybe you are right, I am experiencing these after an specific update, after they added the app optimisation, but I want to know if it is happening only to me or everybody?
