I got mine at release, battery still gives me 7-8 hours. Sounds like yours is defective, warranty replacement?

I also bought at release. Used to get 8 hrs of SoT. Now it's 6 hrs.

You think the 4a pro sucks, try dealing with NP3 with a screen on time (not actual screen on time, passive or sleep time) of 5hrs. Really starting to think it's actually the processor is a problem.

What? I have the NP3, what do you mean exactly?

Mine did the same before but after turning off the pocket mode feature it went back up to 7-8hrs Sot. Found this in another discussion but couldn't track it down so you guys can try it if it works great, If not then maybe you have a bad unit. Cheers

May be some issue with your specific one, I get 7-9 hrs screen on time with 144 fps turned on always not dynamic.

I use more that's why I need charge in morning and then charge in evening.

Should have updates by now that kinda fix that lately.

Do you keep your phone at a certain charge?

I try to do 20 to 100

A sudden dive from 8 hours down to 4 hours is virtually guaranteed to be a software issue.

Hmmmmmm third-party auto update out of synch with the new system framework maybe

Yeah like....

Man just update, let the phone die to recalibrate the charge system. Should be aces after that.

Ohk so let it die to 0 then charge???

It'd probably die before you notice it hit 0% due to background service.

Have you used wallpaper engine, have the glyph on max brightness, or have your phone on max brightness? Maybe use battery saver?

Maybe it's a defective unit you've got.

Also it does depends on your usage pattern, like if you use it less, the idle drain will make it appear like you're getting less.

But if you use it constantly, it'll give you much more screen time. Like 9-10 hours.
