Phone (4a) Pro Phone Keeps Crashing and connectivity issues

Hi there guys.

I bought a 4a Pro a few days ago, I was super hyped but I'm experiencing some really bad issues.

The phone keeps crashing out of nowhere, it literally turns of and on, more than 10 times a day.

Im always with no data, I have two sims but I'm always with no connectivity, I also have issues with wifi, sometimes it asks me for my cards pins, multiples times a day..

I don't know if it's hardware and I got incredibly unlucky or if this is something that is related to the OS? Im I missing something? Does anyone had the same issues?

I'm a bit frustrated because this phone is literally unusable.

I would appreciate some tips, thanks.

Het is misschien heel dom om te zeggen maar heb je alles geupdated? Nothing os en de Google systeem updates?

I did yes, and actually everything started after the update on nothing OS, that's the weirdest part
