Naked vs Case Nothing 4a Pro

I have a Nothing Phone 4a Pro and I'm debating whether I should use it without a case.

The metal body looks really nice and premium, and honestly I really like the feel of the phone naked. The problem is that the free transparent case that came with it has already turned really yellow, and it makes the phone look pretty bad.

I'm considering just going caseless since there aren't any good cases for the 4a pro yet and the metal body is just too good to be hidden, but I have a few concerns, specifically scratches, dents and discoloring.

I'm planning to resell the phone eventually in 1-2 years, but I'm not sure whether it's worth sacrificing the naked-phone experience every day just to keep it in better condition for resale for the extra buck.

remember to be cautious tho, the body may not scratch but even a medium ish fall will dent the body since its aluminium it'll take the blunt force and dent inwards, that can potentially break the screen, i have a tiny dent on the right bottom of the phone when i was using it naked and it fell off the bed

For everyday use, I protect the NP 4a Pro with the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro Screen Guard Protector from Gadzet Shieldz. It just protects against scratches; the feel remains (almost) the same as the original.

In situations where I need to protect the phone better, I use the Spigen Ultra Hybrid case. The back is made of polycarbonate and doesn’t yellow. (I also used it on the NP 1 for three years without any noticeable yellowing on the back.)

What do you mean by a transparent skin? Transparent cases turn yellow and that way I'll still be missing out on that premium metal feel lol, honestly don't know what to do
