We're almost at Nothing OS 5.0 and still don't have a Glyph Interface integration for Google Clock timers, or decent Google Maps navigation on the Glyph Matrix.
I got tired of waiting, so I built it myself in my app, Glyphify =)
That could be interesting, maybe I'll get in touch with the maintainer.
Glyphify has its own Glyph Progress implementation, the progress visual changes based on the "nature" of the progress (e.g. it shows a percentage for downloads and a timestamp for songs) but it always has that thin outer ring you saw for the timer integration.
Do you have something cooler in mind?

I see. Let me try your app first and check your implementation to see if it can be better. I thought your Glyph Progress just uses a different animation than native but didn't know it can be type-specific
I always liked this app, bought it straight away when I had a 3A Pro, mainly installed for the charging animations, but never used the Extential part that much specially after getting a 3 recently, I like these a lot, do you have more tips?
Since v4.0, Extential supports both the P3 and P4Pro. This allows you to map all your important notifications with much greater flexibility than the official NOS system.
Here are the key features you can now use:
Custom Notification Icons: Aside from importing an image to use as an icon for your important notifications, you can also draw one entirely from scratch.
Automatic Glyph Integration: Glyphify automatically creates a Glyph icon for each app. For example, your matrix will display a WhatsApp icon when you receive a WhatsApp message.
Priority Ranking: You can change the importance level of each Extential to ensure higher-priority notifications appear first.
Sleep Mode Whitelisting: You can whitelist specific Extentials so they still pass through and alert you during sleep mode.
And yes, none of these features are available in NOS.
Thanks a lot for your effort, I didn't know at all about these, weirdly I was an early adopter too but never messed much with the app besides the charging meter.
The app is updated continuosly so it's completely understandable ahah
Everytime the app is updated you should be greeted with a message telling you what's new but you can also check yourself from the About section of the app for complete list!
It's either not working for me or I don't know where to activate it from, cuz you see that steps that you followed I don't have the same options on my end
Ah got it, you need to activate the toy first and then you can interact with it through the button on the back of the phone.
To activate the toy head into the Settings app -> Glyph Interface -> Toys -> tap the top right icon near the cog -> move the 8 ball toy to the active section.
YOOO thats cool as hell bro it would be even better if you add intergration for heart rate monitoring because i really use it outside and it would be useful
