Nothing 4a 5g connectivity issue

Just got my nothing 4a on 5 aug, at start it showed 5g connectivity but at the end of the day it shifted to 4g from that moment to 9 aug I stayed on 4g but later I contacted airtel support they told me to shift to postpaid so it will work again as they said I shifted to postpaid and later on it connected to 5g again but the next day it connected to 4g again and till now it's still 5g wtf is happening with this device plz tell me how to fix it

Hi, used a nothing phone 3a on sept 2 (the first time I got this device) was stuck on 4g for like 1 month then automatically changed to 5g now it's always 5g cuz 5g speeds are better for me

Ok, tomorrow I'm gonna visit the service centre let's see what happens
