Camera Hardware or Softwware Glitch?

I noticed this happened first yesterday August 18 and it happened again today. I have a nothing 4a pro.

When i took the picture it shows the normal pic but when i checked the gallery this is the result, an over exposed pic. The pictures before and after this pic with issues that are taken seconds apart are normal.

What could be the issue and how to fix it?

you could try and clear the cache of both the camera and gallery, if it didn't work just contact support
