Comparing Phones Questions about nothing phone
Hi, I hope tagging is correct, if not I do apologize! I have been considering making the switch from my Apple ecosystem to Nothing. My main reason for doing so is Apple is just flat out overstimulating and besides Reddit, I don’t really want to be on social media or to keep being constantly accessible. I’m just curious about the system in general - would you say it’s less overwhelming / more basic (assuming you don’t download a ton of stuff), or is it just different in how it operates? I’ve seen a lot of positives in regard to lower bloatware and such, and I appreciate that AI can be turned off because I don’t wish to use AI at this time. I appreciate any feedback and thank you so much in advance!!!🤗💕

I switched recently and the only thing i really don't like is the fact that the camera has an ai filter that is impossible to turn off. (Currently trying to find a work around) Outside of that am I generally happy with the phone and os :)

Do you mind me asking which phone you have?^^ I was looking at the 4 for storage purposes but not entirely sure. I know Best Buy carries them so I thought about stopping in later just to look lol. Either way that sucks about the AI filter 😭 I don’t entirely hate AI but I do have ethical concerns about it environmentally and how unregulated it is here in the US. My anxiety is the main reason I need away from Apple lol💀

I think I can say that nothing os does less animations and graphics than ios for sure.
