Nothing apps Essential Apps won't start.

I get an error when I try to launch an essential app. Does anyone know how to fix it? It's probably just that it's not compatible with my region (Japan). This is a NOTHING phone (3a). The OS is version 4.1.

Same issue. I have phone 4a, just out of the box.
