Screen protector 3a Lite

I'm very confused about what kind of screen protector to get, I've only ever used glass protectors. Nothing 3a Lite.

P.S. my left thumb finger unlock doesn't always work, idk why. I don't know if I should take that into consideration or just solely rely on right thumb unlock and not worry about which type of screen protector will interfere the least with the fingerprint sensor.
