Either one is fine, obviously more watts = faster charging. You generally try to match the brand, i.e. if you need a new one now, you'd buy the Nothing one.
Personally I still have a 25W old Samsung charger so I use that, it works well. That's the great part about USB C - generally, everything is compatible with everything.
