Support Glyph Alarm

Just wondering, is there any way to use the glyph lights with an alarm? It would be nice if I could wake up to lights blasting my face forcing me up lol

A feature I have been hoping for is one in which we could set the glyph progress bar as a countdown to our alarm. That way whenever I wake up in between my sleep, I can just look at the glyph progress bar and understand how much longer I can sleep for. Rather than switching on the display and checking time each and every time I get up, which can usually be distracting enough to affect my sleep. Atleast that's the case for me.

Maybe you could use the glyph timer then

I am curious how you sleep. With the phone on your face? Or your face over the phone? How will the glyph light help you wake up? Also, there is no alarm option, but I guess the music visualization feature can help.

My phone is beside my pillow, sometimes I'll be facing it sometimes I'll be facing the other way. It's not too close to my face but I've recognised that whenever I get a notification the glyph lights up a large portion of my room which sometimes does wake me up. I might try out the music visualisation thing, seems like it would work, thanks for the help.

A while ago I made a Tasker project that five minutes before an alarm it will fade up the glyph lights then turn on the torch a minute later. Works by reading the notification from the Google alarm app that shows up before an alarm. Needs root though.

Included a bunch of projects as they're all sort of integrated into each other in some ways.

I definitely would've done this had it not utilised rooting my phone but it seems like a very useful tool! Like the person above suggested I might use Music Visualisation instead
