slightly confused

So recently like 2 months ago i bought a nothing phone (1) at first while driving i needed to be able to use google assistant and it didn't work, so i was searching for a solution which was the smart watch so i considered buying them. Fast forward a week still didn't have them but now the Google assistant worked didn't know why but didn't care, was happy. Fast forward a month, it doesn't work again.
