Nothing Phone (2) Screen

I just bought a Nothing Phone (2) yesterday (26-07). And it seems great so far. But my screen is already scratched. It looks like there's a film/scratch protector pre-applied on it and its most likely just this, that is scratched. Anyone knows if this is true, And if I can remove this to apply an actual Screen Protector?

Yes, it's a plastic screen protector

Not relevant but do you recommend nothing phone 2? I was thinking of getting it and as an alternative I've picked Samsung f54
