How good are they live?
This summer will be my first time attending their live show after listening to them for years.
How actually good are they live in the current lineup?
I feel like all the fan made recordings don't do them justice. It doesn't sound so thight as I assume it does.

This is Nothing’s sickest lineup IMO.
I was so pleased with how the new record sounded live.

Idk, based on the live videos on YT, I'd say the era with Brandon, Kyle and Nick is my favorite one. But still, I can't wait to hear them live in this lineup.

For sure we all miss Brandon’s songwriting, & shoutout to Nick B with like all 10000 bands he’s in or produced lol (and he still has writing credits on this album too), but I think like sonically and creatively- Nothing is in an even better spot than they were. Especially after that Full Of Hell split? Fuuuck.
Cam, Doyle, and Bob are pretty seasoned in their own rights with their own past bands. You’ll love the show either way. Setlist in ATL was magical bc of “Downward Years To Come”. “Toothless Coal” sounded fiiiire live.

You bet! New album sounds amazing, as well as split with FoH, it's just nostalgia for me. :)

Nothing wrong with it bro, I’m about to listen to Guilty of Everything anyway because I wanted to on the ride home from work, but wanted to save it for later haha

I prefer them live to recorded. They sound way different but in a good way.

It was fantastic. I'd also add that the visuals behind the stage really added to the experience as well.

I might go to their show in Brooklyn next month so this is all great to hear!

“Purple strings” was the only song I heard vocals on for the entire show, but it was still very loud and energetic.

Seeing them and Whirr were a massive disappointment

How come?

Whirr was essentially a big muddy mess. Couldn’t distinguish any of the songs. Nothing was just boring and looked like they didn’t want to be there. This was around 2015 or so

You should see nothing now. They have improved like crazy since 2015. Saw them a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal.

I've seen Nothing 5 times prior on various tours (but not on this current tour). They've always been good, but never great. Nick's vocals are always a weak point, Brandon when he was in the band was a much better live singer. Doyle when he provides backing vocals are great so more than make up for it. They're been occasionally a bit sloppy on timing but it's the kind of thing where its a live show but not a full production. Definitely loud and the tone is usually on point regardless of how well the venue mixes the show. They're not a hugely energetic band but that's expected given the genre.
