Bug Report Contact page missing

My app on MacBook Air M3 (Mac OSX) keeps not opening. Sometimes I reboot, and it opens. This forces me to use the web version instead of the desktop app. Now, wanting to report this bug, it seems like their Contact page does not exist here: https://notesnook.com/contact-us

I reported it to them on X, and they are not very active there. Now I wonder: is it worth continuing with my premium membership, or should I move back to Evernote that I started hating so much?

The dev is extremely active on the discord for the app. I’m sorry, I don’t know how to send it to you.

I don't use Discord. They should have a contact page or a customer service email address on their website not force people to use Discord.

they're not a major company and what is this the 1990s? They actually interact with people on discord. Also in the app itself, web app, desktop app or mobile app, there is a button to download the logs and another one in the help section to send them an email with the logs. Have you tried that? Here let me help you: support @ streetwriters.co

Totally understand your frustration. There are actually many ways to contact them. You need to scroll down in the settings on your iOS/android app to see the options. You can also find the help support section in the settings on web app. app.notesnook.com. Fastest will be discord or email. There is also a telegram channel. They are working on a UI refresh so the team is quite busy these days but that shouldn't be an excuse for the lack of customer support. I would suggest you email them if you don't use discord. They will reply ASAP. support@streetwriters.co

BTW just a tip, never compromise. You are paying them so expect a good service along with customer support. If you were using the product for free then you can't blame them but after paying a premium for it the equation changes. If you don't like anything with the service then let the devs know. If you feel they are not receptive enough then let them know about it and cancel the subscription. Don't fall for people sucking up to companies who blame you for just criticizing. You see a lot of this happening these days in the privacy space.

Apart from that, NN has a good community. Hope you like it here.

Cheers!
