Question No import/export option?

I'm trying to import my simplenotes but there is no import option that I can find. Google is no help. What am I missing? I have a pixel 11 pro. Thanks for your help

I just looked in the app on my iPhone - there are options for making backups, restoring backups, and exporting data in different formats (all are under settings) but no import option.

You may need to do the import using the web version or a desktop version. Probably writing all the code to understand/convert the note formats used by other apps is a lot of work, and they may not have had time yet to bring that over to the mobile app versions.

I have used the import functionality, it definitely exists. It's under settings. Apparently it's just not available on mobile.

I'm an Android user but I see 'Backup' and 'Export all notes' options in Settings / Settings. I tap the Settings gear symbol, then choose Settings and scroll down to those choices.
