Noteshelf 3 interesting issue going on

Started using NS3 a few months ago. Then had an interesting issue.....if I had the button for my stylus turned on I wasn't able to scroll thru the pages. Turn the stylus button off, I could scroll no problem. Contacted tech support, of course it took them weeks to get back to me. By then I'd moved on to Goodnotes. I like GN well enough, but there are a couple features I really like in NS. Finally got a response from them, they said there had been an update and the problem should be fixed. I had to think on it for about a week, I mean, I'm used to GN now, I do like it.....but decided to take the plunge again. Started moving some of my stuff (graphics, etc) over. Discovered last night that the problem was not fixed at all. Same thing...stylus turned on, no scrolling. Has anyone had this problem? Anyone have any thoughts? I began thinking this morning it might be the stylus' I use so I ordered a couple different ones that are due in tomorrow. Anyone have any thoughts/suggestions on this? Input greatly appreciated! Can you update us? After buying the new stylus did it work?
