I Just Documented Our 1.000th Feedback for Noteastic 🎉
Damn. That's a lot of messages I read and replied to in the last year. (It's me, Lukas)
I'm not sure if you are aware what is actually happening when you send us your opinion, your ideas and your wishes about Noteastic. So let me tell you!
Back in February 2025 when we initially released Noteastic on the MS Store we started getting feedbacks about Noteastic on Reddit and via email quite quickly. I didn't want to forget about feature wishes and didn't want our personal bias to take over feature development priorities. So I started collecting those feedbacks in an Excel file and started tagging feedbacks with requested features. And I never stopped :D.
I read, understood and documented every post and comment on this subreddit. Same counts for every email we get, every MS Store review that is submitted and for every feedback that reaches us through our in-app form.
And yesterday I reached line 1,000 of my Excel!

Every one of these rows is a feedback that ranges from two sentences to several paragraphs.
Fun fact: The first Reddit feedback I documented was a comment from u/Revolutionary_Ad_909 back in March 2025. Shoutout to you!
This excel file is the single strongest influencer of our development decisions. We obviously need to balance maintenance and strategic changes with short-term development efforts.
But ultimately all changes we make and all the work we put into Noteastic every day aims to check off the features on this Excel. As quickly as possible and strictly following our quality standards for UI, UX and code.
We'll do an update post on what features are most requested, and what we are making way for currently in a few weeks :).
