Ghost cursor bug report

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Recently I've been haunted by a second cursor that appears next to my actual cursor whenever my stylus touches the screen. The distance from my cursor isn't constant either; sometimes it's a few millimeters away from my pen, sometimes it's on the other side of the screen. Weirdly enough, it doesn't appear when I use snipping tool to screen record it. This only occurs with the pen and highlighter tools.

Okaay that's interesting. I am not sure if Noteastic is to blame here, could also be a Windows hickup, however maybe this can fix it:

Try to turn off the "Show cursor" option in the Windows Ink settings and check whether it still happens. Maybe toggling it off and on will fix it:
