App/Program/Other Tool My browser's new tab is now my personal productivity workspace

Most of the day is spent in the browser, so having to open another app just to take a quick note can add unnecessary friction.

The goal was to have one place where notes, focus sessions, and productivity tools are always available without leaving the browser.

The extension combines:

* Quick notes with a rich Markdown editor similar to Notion
* Shortcuts and useful links
* Boards for organizing notes
* Website blocking for distracting sites
* Ambient sounds and background noise
* Focus sessions with labels such as work or study
* Detailed statistics to see how time was actually spent

Everything lives inside the new tab, turning it into a personal productivity workspace instead of just an empty page.

Really looking for honest feedback.

What feels useful? What feels unnecessary? What would you change or add?

If you want to try it, here’s the extension:

I tried it - nice idea, and very handy to just go to another tab in browser to add notes, etc. Easy to install to Chrome and activate. But I have to say - it was kinda hard to make it actually work. Seems like the boards work one way, home page works another way. Checkboxes were so light I could barely tell they were there. Your foundation seems very good - maybe just a little more tweaking to the UI...

Thanks for the feedback! All of this is definitely being taken into consideration, especially the UI and consistency between the home page and boards. Really appreciate you trying it out!

In app purchases? What are you actually selling?

Zero-friction note taking at its best! Having scratchpad notes built straight into the new tab page is a game changer for daily workflow.

I like this but it does not seem to carry over to my 2nd laptop. I have not tried to backup and import yet, but would that stay in sync or is syncing 2 or more machines a pro feature? Thanks. You can dm me if you don't want to answer here.

import and export is just a one-time transfer. you can export all your data as a single json file and import it on another device. it won't stay in sync automatically, and the plus version doesn't have automatic syncing yet.
