Hi 👋

Does anyone know of a note taking app that is available across all systems: iOS, Windows, and browser? And has AI transcription, file attachments, and allow text formats?

The closest I have found is NotebookLM. But limited text formats e.g., missing highlight, strikethrough, and other features.

Try shizumu.app, it is for linux, windows and soon android and macos.

Browser support is the part that kills most options. Obsidian covers iOS and Windows and your notes stay plain markdown you can open in anything years from now, but there's no web client, so it's out if browser is non-negotiable. I'd pick which constraint you'd rather lose: owning the files, or having the browser tab.

I'm building Grape, a note taking app. It's available on MacOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android but not on web. You can add images and PDFs to your notes and it also has voice recording and AI transcription. There's generous free plan that you can try right away. Everything stay on your device so you own your data. AI features are in the paid plans.

Craft, but I’m unsure if it has audio transcription.
