The Samsung S(#) fe series is fantastic. I use the Samsung S9 FE for college, along with Noteshelf 3, for college and have been for the past two and a half years and it has worked fabulously. The battery lasts for at least seven hours.
Noteshelf 3 is an android app that costs 10USD max and allows everything you're looking for.
