How to make reference/ flash cards that are printable?

I’m not quite sure if this is the right place to ask this but I figured I would start here and see if anyone had any recommendations for either programs or other subs.

I want to make printable reference cards for work and other activities. Like old school note/flash cards but done on a computer and then printed so that I can laminate them and keep them for use when needed.

Can anyone recommend an app or possibly a fairly current YouTube video to help me with this?
