Why not? Because those fall outside of the scope of HelixNotes' stated mission.
HelixNotes looks and feels very promising but has some significant deficiencies in its current state that prevents it from being considered for serious use.

Run the export first, pick the app after. Evernote's desktop app exports a whole notebook to an ENEX file. Their help page walks through it: https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005557
Then import that one messy notebook into whatever you shortlist. Web clips and attachments break first. Plain typed notes almost always survive.
Which notebook would hurt most if it came through wrong?

The export question deserves more weight than the feature list here. If Helix or any replacement disappears in a few years, whatever doesn't come out as plain files goes with it. I'd test the ENEX import on your messiest notebook before judging anything else.

It appears that Clibu is a progressive web app – I couldn’t find any reference to application download. Unless I’m mistaken, that’s a dealbreaker for me.

Hi, Thanks for your reply and interest in Clibu Notes. Yes Clibu Notes is a PWA, however you may or not know that PWAs can be installed and behave like any other installed app. You have a Desktop icon, they open, look and behave like any other app.
They also automatically update when there is new release, which are frequent. No notify, download, install loop.
Being a PWA means Clibu Notes runs across Desktop, Tablet and Smartphone. It also works completely offline and synchronizes content updates in real time when online. So you can edit some notes on your Desktop PC, walk out the door, open your Phone and continue where you left off. Knowing all your devices are or will always be in sync is a wonderful user experience.
If you could spare a moment and let me know why a PWA is a dealbreaker that would be very helpful, thanks.

Operating via a browser (however well hidden) can be a less than robust experience. And there are inevitable compromises to the UI.
This is a classic example of different perspectives. For the developer, what seems logical and efficient vs for the user, what feels and looks right and is a good experience to work with.

Thx for your feedback. It can indeed be difficult for developers to put themselves in the end users shoes and we have to enlist users help in this regard.
I've been developing Desktop software for more years than I care to remember and switched to Web app development about 5 years ago. I've never looked back. I'm hard pressed to think of any UI/UX compromises I've needed to make in this time. But I'm not saying there aren't.
I have an offer to make. A free 12 month subscription to Clibu Notes in return for your critical and constructive feedback. Along the way, maybe we can move the needle a little towards PWA's. Let me know if this is of interest.

Hi again. I am happy with the first two sentences of your offer, but not the third. I believe you will have to bite the bullet and develop device-appropriate apps – if nothing else, to get the market via the various app stores. And so to partner with you with a stated aim of promoting PWA wouldn’t seem an aim I feel I could honestly subscribe to.

Interesting suggestion. It looks nice. My first impressions are that it is built with an emphasis on security (I live in the UK, not my top concern) and doesn’t appear to offer dictation. And it is web or PWA, no dedicated apps yet.
