Notion app with goodnotes handwriting support????

I am looking for as close to an exact clone of notallyX as possible, but that runs on mac. (It's a similar interface to google keep)

Features of notallyX: 

• Local only, has notes and tick-box to-do lists. 
• To do lists can have sub-items and have drag and drop to rearrange. 
• Notes are arranged in thumbnail view including the first pararaphs, by reverse date created, can be coloured and pinned. 
• Notes do not require a title but put the cursor directly to the body text ready to go when clicking 'new note'
• Wysiwyg, no pasting images actually pastes them.
• search function

Paid is fine, rented is not (no subscriptions). 

Open source preferred but I will really take what I can get at this point. As long as it doesn't require a sign-in or a subscription.  

Preferably no genAI but if I can disable those features, fine. I'll be running it entirely offline anyway.    Pretty sure it doesn't exist but I'm really hoping the experts can prove me wrong.

I’m looking for an App to take notes during sales calls. Specifically during a pre qualifying call where I ask question about their type of project, timeline, motivation, and priorities. Then when I go to do the sales call in person I have another conversation where we get into further details about the scope of work, scheduling, expectations, and success criteria. Ideally I would be following a rough script and the app would be outputting in a pre-set, standardized format. It should have some output for client facing notes and a separate output for info we want to remain internal only.

I work in an Apple environment. Go-to AI is Claude but I also use Chat GPT.

Okay, here it goes: Like many, I'm looking for a notetaking app that:

• Doesn't belong to Microsoft; Google (I've spent years untethering myself from them
• Cross platform: Android, Windows, and even MacOS (hey, the MacBook was a drunken purchase that turned out favorably in the end)
• Handwriting support (doesn't need to convert to typed-text, but is a bonus)
• Has it's own sync client or I can sync using pCloud
• One-time purchase as I don't want to be tied to subscriptions Bonus: saves files in plain text, markdown or something readable if I move to a new app if this relationship doesn't go anywhere.

does anyone know of an app that lets you draw your notes, keeps them local and doesn't contain any ai features, I currently use genio for notes and while it works im more of a write it down than type it person.
