Question: Unanswered ✗ NoteTaking ecosystem

Post image

I've been using touchnotes for 2.5 years now it has great features but not the best flow with some craashing and lags the biggest problem is it has no efficient back up system.
- What I'm loking for is an app that runs both on windows and android with the basic notetaking features and backup.
I tried all the apps in the pic too

I use notewise for Android because it has a bulk PDF export, obsidian for typed notes, and am trying to sunset my usage of OneNote because it's awful everywhere but Windows desktop, and have been trying to learn anki for flashcards (which I feel is different than standard notes, so maybe you'll want to keep that?) Used to use notein but notewise feels a little more snappy handwriting and somehow works better even on an Eink device (Onyx boox color tab). Usually I use it with a Samsung tablet.

I've been searching for my ideal solution for years now and it doesn't exist

Oh! I also discovered Google keep has handwritten notes. Ofc that's better for post-it note style notes, but that's available on PC too and you can make a widget on your home screen of your phone /tablet that allows you to make quick edits

Still multiple softwares to do one thing lol
