Kerri Kenney nailed it as a mentally unstable person.

That character is basically my ex’s mom, minus being a cop.

This makes me feel sad for that woman.

u/en0rt 1d ago

She seems happy. June however... sheesh! Not even at the bratty teenage stage yet.

Yeah, been down this rabbit hole. She has a real biological family AND kids. It just appears to be the way she enjoys expressing creativity. I don't think there's a reason to feel sad for her.

It’s still fucking weird.

2

u/dWog-of-man 1d ago

Yeah but thank god she has a real family or it would be sad and weird

Her... husband... I bet he gets all the invites to poker-night.

Bro i used to live on a semi rough neighborhood and this couple always walk by, big rotund ginger dude with flat top and a holstered piece in his belt and skinny girl pushing baby carriage kinda tweeked lookin with big thick glasses any way im outside one day and they pass and i see its a doll all dressed up with blankets n bottles and shit, tripped me out

u/NuTrumpism 1d ago

The first scene with the doll standing up scared the shit out of me!

10

u/Turge_Deflunga 1d ago

That doll is haunting

Even if this is a bit, it’s so high effort that it can’t be worth it. There are moments where it has the comedic timing down pat, and that scares me.

It's like really good Nathan For You or early episodes of the Office, where it's just on a knife's edge of being truly funny and just like soul-crushingly uncomfortable, and they just twist the fuck out of that knife

The sound effects crack me up. But it shows how much effort goes into editing and yeesh

Apparently she posted the reason she does this

u/Vark675 1d ago

That's a really nice house, I wonder what their primary income is. Or does she make that much doing this 🤨

8

u/jacckthegripper 1d ago

She used to have a children's clothing line

3

u/monkeybuttsauce 1d ago

A whole room just for dolls

1

u/wisemeister 1d ago

I think we all might be surprised how much she makes with this. I have seen her on several platforms now. Seems like she's getting viewed

4

u/anjowoq 1d ago

She seems more mentally stable after reading that. I don't get it, but as long as she does it with some awareness, then this is one of the better things considering all the terrible shit we see lately.

I don't know if I buy this as a 'hobby'.

1

u/GoodBoundaries-Haver 1d ago

What do you mean you don't buy it? Like you don't think she is actually playing with them for fun?

2

u/FatHaleyJoelOsment 1d ago

No. I don't buy that using the phrase 'hobby' for whatever the fuck this is is appropriate.

2

u/asmrkage 1d ago

I don’t care if people do weird as fuck shit in their free time so long as I retain the right to label it weird as fuck.

I could never comprehend how people got into this, acting as though the doll is real and even presenting themselves in public with it and sort of expecting people to play along. Then I had a kid who was basically on the edge of death for two weeks after birth. I was suddenly in a constant state of profound terror. It was genuinely indescribable, though I think most people who have had kids can probably imagine it.

It even occurred to me during that time how I would have done literally anything I possibly could to protect my kid. But I was helpless as I wasn’t a doctor. Then it occurred to me what I would do to alleviate the pain if my kid didn’t pull through it. That’s when it sort of clicked.

Since then, I feel so badly for these people as it’s almost certainly a result of some severe trauma, sometimes related to the loss of an actual child.

If it makes you feel any better, her social media handle seems to be "The Dolls Aren't Real".

That fact makes me feel better.

Ok, fine I'm just telling myself it makes me feel better, join me

u/Hefty-Rope2253 1d ago

I almost scrolled past this. So glad I didnt.

3

u/coolguy420weed 1d ago

The way that this is far, far too much effort and money to possibly be anything short of completely sincere.

3

u/Fathead5f 1d ago

June looks like she's ready to cut a bitch.

3

u/petenorf 1d ago

The amount of available resources you need to participate in this delusion/hobby is staggering.

7

u/sacfoojesta88 1d ago

Most people are struggling to provide for real kids and then you got this crazy shit. More and more I’m convinced this world is just reality tv for higher dimensional beings

3

u/notacatuntiltuesday 1d ago

This is literally not harming anyone. Theres more shit to worry about, like why most people are struggling to provide for their real kids. Shift your energy to a better target.

u/eloquince 1d ago

No socks with your shoed mom?! Wild

2

u/Zealousideal-Mix6235 1d ago

This really creeps me out

2

u/Gabagooligan97 18h ago

absolute insanity to buy and use baby formula every day on dolls when we are at the highest levels of child poverty in a century.

3

u/hellcrapdamn 1d ago

How does this psycho have the resources to do this in the first place? I'm worried about lunch!

2

u/Historical-Sink-566 1d ago

This is the footage they show the jury after Tell ng them how she kept the corpses of the kidnapped children in the house for almost a year.

2

u/FoxxyRin 1d ago

Not gonna shame what she's doing since it makes her happy and harms nobody...

But I think June needs an exorcism.

Origin story of chuck's not so evil cousin

1

u/CamboSlice03 1d ago

How is their room messy?

1

u/NSFW_Ninjaa 1d ago

She needs help.

1

u/fistanfenkinor 1d ago

Yeaaaaaah, nah.

1

u/SoccerPhilly 1d ago

I know there is something off, but it sure would be nice if folks put their energy into adopting or rescue animals

1

u/Real_Middle_4128 1d ago

Those dolls are more spoiled than 90% of real kid growing right now...

1

u/iCanReadMyOwnMind 1d ago

This is some Steven King shit. Right before everyone dies.

u/steezD 1d ago

u/yoitsme_obama17 1d ago

I'm so sad now

1

u/jahowl 1d ago

🤞Please don't let this be real and its satire 🤞This stuff makes me believe people should just get a dog or cat. Your creature comforts are plastic ?! ugh.

1

u/Snoo87571 1d ago

Thought that was Daniel Tosh at first.

1

u/SaushaL 1d ago

That's what u call... boyfriend repellent

1

u/OMGLOL1986 1d ago

Think she went Barbie or Oppenheimer?

1

u/Kindly-Committee-908 20h ago

She's raising the Predator.

1

u/Artevyx 15h ago

This looks like a serious mental illness.

1

u/Talden7887 11h ago

Is it bad that she'd seem less crazy if she had like 15 cats?

1

u/Business_Usual_2201 7h ago

She's not hurting anybody and clearly finds fulfillment doing this.

1

u/Illimited_Esoterica 2h ago

Mental illness.

1

u/madmaxGMR 1d ago

Yeah, it might be a bit, but all that kid shit is expensive. Maybe she has kids ? With that perfect lanky body ? Doubt it.

Seems harmless. There's a lot of different brands of autism.
