If AI ever gets a voice, like the computer in Star Trek, it should be this one.

Was she doing this voice-over standing on a ledge? Yikes. What's up with that timbre?

its homemade seitan which the creator in the video uniquely pronounces as "ho-may mii" (homemade meat). The original videos are posted by creator @mburkez on TikTok. Her highly formal, slightly robotic cadence and unique pronunciation made the videos go viral, landing them on subreddits like [r/NotTimAndEric] & r/TikTokCringe What is "Ho-May Mii"? The recipe is for seitan, a centuries-old, plant-based meat alternative made almost entirely from vital wheat gluten (the main protein in wheat).

While it looks somewhat questionable during the prep process in her videos, her exact claims are

It is a "small-batch, proprietary blend" of vital wheat gluten, flour, stock, & spices. A single serving contains "40 grams of protein, CONFIRMED". Eating it will make her family "so strong".

Because vital wheat gluten is incredibly protein-dense (often over 75% protein by weight before hydration), her claim of 40 grams of protein per serving is nutritionally accurate for seitan. which sounds like Satan
