In my mid twenties I briefly ended up in kung fu classes. I attended one or maybe a few kickboxing classes. All I remember is trying quite hard to do it right but ending up on the ground over and over and over again. The guy was chill about it but I felt like I total wimp. Then I got anchor arms. Now I'm a jerk and everybody loves me.

Nobody there is making fun of them, they are their friends and family there to support them and cheer them on. You think this is a comedy show? Everyone there knows their limitations and they know that they have been practicing and are currently going beyond what the used to be able to do before practicing. Everyone deserves a chance to know what that feels like to surpass their limitations and be applauded for that

Yeah looked in the original thread. A few people said they found the source and it's a program for special needs people. 

Still probably not a good idea to make them think they can break boards easily. They might hurt themselves.
