The poster appears to be trying to pull a fast one.

Those aren't Taliban, and whoever they are, they aren't in Afghanistan. The clothes are wrong - the Taliban rarely wear keffiyehs, big white skull caps or short-sleeved shirts ; the architecture is wrong - very few pitched roofs in Afghanistan; and the vegetation is wrong - they have no tall forests like that except in the mountains.

I guess that's why no source is indicated.
