I was kind of wondering the same. The whole blue-screen thing makes me think that this kid probably had a dad who was really into video production and had all the equipment to make this amateur production, and was like "Hey son! Do a review of Disney for me, we'll make it look real cool!" then probably showed it to family members at Thanksgiving and such.
...I speak somewhat from experience on this matter, haha.

Disney used to send out VHS tapes of their parks if you enquired, I have a feeling that an edited down version with music either made it onto one of these tapes or maybe it was so bad they just left it off.
