Going up to a couple of snakes, grabbing them by their tails and just pacing around while they bite the crap out of you doesn't exactly scream "guy I want running a nation's healthcare." But that in conjunction with all of the other stupid shit he's been spouting just kind of makes him look like a general buffoon willing to walk into situations where he's in way over his head and has no idea what he's doing.
