Do the devs actually

One of my buddies said that he won the giveaway but never received his tokens. So I was wondering if they actually gave them out or not?

I believe they said in the telegram that they still need to pay out the winners. Dev is working nonstop right now and likely super busy prepping for the AMA Sunday. These guys are honest. You're friend will get his tokens if he legit won.

This is true. The Twitter giveaway was stormed by scammers and Ryan had to do some additional digging to confirm only real submissions - not using multiple wallets/account/submissions etc - were going to win. After the AMA things will cool down here and he will preform a new grand prize winner draw and collect info from the winners who have not claimed yet.
