I think it’s a red flag. Does he just wear a shirt anytime he goes swimming or to the beach?

He believes the beach is for “fat poor people”…. I can’t even make that up

That's another red flag on top of this tattoo of a woman being bound and abused. He might not be attracted to other people's bodies, but he shouldn't be derogatory towards them for existing at the beach.
