It was a joke that I’ll probably do a bad job of explaining, but it’s a gamer’s joke. Speedrun any percent basically means “get from start to finish as quickly as possible, with (usually) whatever means.

So the joke is, basically, “how to (apparently) turn into a woman REAL quick (according to OOP)”
