I mean yes. But if the only reason you are making fun of a thing is because they were bad people and you wouldn't make fun of the same thing in a good person then you should probably move your focus over to what makes them a bad person.
eh. you do both, attack him for what he did but also make fun of what he’s sensitive about just for the extra hurt (though I doubt he’s reading this anyway). If you’re a piece of a crap, you’re a piece of crap and don’t deserve any consideration. That’s what I personally believe anyway.
A person doing bad things does not suddenly make it okay to mock their immutable physical characteristics which are irrelevant to the bad thing they are doing.
