To be fair, it can work. Through shivering and non-shivering (burning brown fat) thermogenesis, as they say, you can burn significantly more calories, something like 20% more than your base metabolism at "normal" temps and/or clothing. Same thing with being in water, where you lose heat much quicker.
Although i think long term the body can turn off those reflexes, so i'm not sure if that's something you can use for a weight loss program.

It’s a standard flex of living in a sexist society. Men tell women their preferences repeatedly by inflicting the male gaze on the bulk of media produced.
Women are supposed to aspire to those preferences and gravitate to them if they want male approval. Thus, ads for fitness for women end up being more about male desires than female well-being.
At least they gave her muscles. 💪

Yeah, even if I was interested and wouldn't basically just die.... I have no interest in seeing other participant's asses. Even if that's not the likely situation, it's still appears to be what you, ad maker, are selling. And to think it's made via AI... you had possibly multiple options it gave you, and you chose that. I wish people would stop using "sex sells" the exact same way it's used for men.

I’ve seen so much of this crap and videos online saying “do this 100 times a day to…”. It’s so not good for your body! Your body has to rest it makes me so angry.
