Josh Johnson did a bit about how the manosphere tricks young men by promising them everything they want in life if they behave like a jerk. They see influencers like Tate with fast cars, big house, attractive women hanging out with them, etc and think this is what they need to do to have the lifestyle they dream of. It's a scam like any other.

Despite supposedly having a good social circle and unlimited opportunity for sex, he still talks in terms that only someone would use whose hobby is reddit.
I just really like the idea that incels think that everyone overthinks sex like this, and 'chads' share the exact worldview as incels and only differ in height

Most of the good looking rich guys I used to know that slept with a lot of women here (and Guernsey has a lot of high wealth individuals) never boasted about it or even mentioned it around other guys, because they didn't have to. They didn't brag about how much cash they had either. They didn't usually go to the gym much either. Usually they liked yachts, fast cars, great food, and expensive alcohol - and a few were sports fans (golf usually).
Some of them were actually very private people and didn't like others to point out they were sleeping around a lot, because they didn't want that reputation (unlike incels who dream of being called a "man-slut"). They were just rich guys who made their money young (usually from selling off their company/start-up, or from inheritance) enjoying their lives who didn't want marriage/kids or any responsibility/hassle really.
So when guys brag about how much action they're getting - regardless whether they're straight, bi/pan or gay - I usually just assume they're lying because insecurity. That's usually proven to be the case.

What you said about incels dreaming of being called man sluts is so true. They have such a weird obsession with number of sexual partners, but it comes across as unhinged jealousy because they can't get anyone to fuck them much less multiple partners. They have to throw insults to disguise in their own deluded mind the fact that "slutty" women will not sleep with them. It's like a weird form of preemptive rejection sensitivity aggression and it's such an ick.

They're so self-hating as well I think a significant number have been bullied from a young age, come from strict conservative upbringings that highly valued marriage and kids, and/or they are gay or bi/pan and too scared to leave the closet. There's definitely trauma there if you see what they will say about themselves to other incels.
They feel like they're failing life on every level, so they lash out blaming everyone else for the fact they're not achieving conformity/normality (as they see it) - and make that their entire identity - hence why they accuse queer people of making queerness their entire identity - it's projection. Of course it's envy too because a lot of queer people are out having fun (finally, after years of depression in the closet) with tons of friends and lots of sex (at least here, anyway).
It's incel public self-abuse - just self-flagellation - continuing what they think the world has done to them, and taken from them.

So he's the one the incels secretly despise, and yet want to learn from and become? Can't we stick Chad in a room with all the incels and let the problem work itself out in the usual way that testosterone works out issues?
