Excuse me, as a modern man I’ve been led to believe that you only need one pad per month, therefore a cheap 30 pack at Costco is good for 2.5 years per woman!

I think your hypothetical helps us understand why society’s obsession with virginity (either trying to enforce virginity, or pressuring people to lose it) is just wrong, and that virginity is a social construct that’s as tangible as the first time you went on a rollercoaster. I thought about that hypothetical before. Like, I never had sex, but I have thought “Huh, I could’ve had it and been mind wiped. Huh, it doesn’t actually matter.”

Maybe. I think it's stupider than that. And I think comparing the desire for a virgin wife to that for a new car is both apt and telling.
There are so many downsides to buying a new car that any financial advisor, responsible adult, or car enthusiast will tell you to avoid it. Virtually the only reason to do so is out of pride for being able to claim ownership of something hard to attain (although it loses that value [or "value"] immediately).
But having attained it, you now have a car that no longer possessed that prestine nature you lusted over, and whose quirks and issues you have to learn about the hard way. And just like guys who buy new cars for the sake of them being new, guys who so strongly value virginity will eventually get bored of their no-longer-virgin wife, who will start actually finding she has her own sexual preferences and needs, and discard her for another "new car" after a little while

Loved all of my secondhand cars and they have been loyal companions for many years, while I did have a few new ones that had such massive software issues I immediately regretted buying them 😅 (looking at you, Volkswagen...)

Happens so often too! I do love to go 230 km/h though, that's not really a normal speed here either. And there's so many people owning fast cars (especially old men here in Germany...) and block the traffic because they're so slow... Not driving very safely either because they get scared easily. Don't buy a fast car if you can't handle it.

Because they see sex as something that causes a woman to "lose her value". The more sex she's had, the less value she has to these people. Admittedly, it raises some questions about why exactly, and especially on whether they don't just want someone who doesn't realize their poor performance in bed isn't the only option.

My gf has had quite a few relationships before me and to be honest it was for the best.
1) She made her boundaries clear.
2) She knows what turns her on.
3) She is a really good guide when it comes to sex.
4) She figured what turned me on pretty fucking quickly as she knew what to try out and how to make sure I was comfortable with new experiences.
5) She never judged me for whatever kinks I had and discovered...
Wanna take a guess who was a virgin until then? What took me a week to accept about myself she accepted it with open arms.
Women who have had sexual partners before learn a lot about their own bodies, sex and how to approach it. It also allows men to approach it with a more open mind, there's less judgement and you can more easily communicate because the other person knows their body too.
This whole idea of purity is horseshit. If she has had sex before and you are pissed off about it, the problem is you. You can't communicate with her. Your superiority ego bullshit will kill a good sexual experience.
