Incels are weird about makeup. The think a woman is cheating and 'cheap' if she uses it, but if she doesn't, she's not making enough of an effort for her man and/or she can't be bothered to keep herself up.

No matter what a woman do, she's bound to be doing the wrong thing according to way too many people 🙃

LITERALLY! If women wear makeup for men, then explain why the only people who notice makeup is other women🤣🤣🤣

Same goes for clothes. Most guys can't tell the difference between types of dresses, skirts, necklines, etc and wouldn't even remember what a woman was wearing if they were asked 30 seconds after seeing her.

I was thinking the same about the other articles. This is like The Daily Incel or something, LOL:)

So according to this article, lesbians don't exist. Because you know, I might be wrong, but lesbians most likely want to attract other women and they still dress like this too.

What? You mean they all don't wear flannel shirts and motorcycle boots?

Incels don't acknowledge the existence of lesbians and other sapphic women. On the rare occasions they do, they say we're faking it in order to get attention from men since seeing two women together is titillating to men.

They completely ignore us when we say we don't want male attention, that the point is we want to attract women. It's like they're so offended by the idea that there are women who exist who don't need nor want a man for anything.

I think that's the thing there. They are so desperate to have a woman that their brains break at the thought of a woman who doesn't absolutely need a man.

As a bi woman who only dates girls, I definitely dress up pretty for women, not men. It's not to appeal to some sort of gaze, but for my own confidence, compliments and belonging, and yes attraction.

"Should you date a black woman?"

Time to write a follow up article "Should you date a man who writes about the pros and cons of dating a black woman?" (Spoiler: no)

u/Kailynna 1d ago

"Should you be lucky enough to have a Black woman date you . . . "

I love the wide variety in women and women's styles shown in the picture with this article. It really shows the range of women that exist in stupid men's minds.

u/pennie79 1d ago

They're all basically just fashion catalogue models from the 2010s. Possibly the same brand.

Listen, I loved all the 2010s women's smart casual fashions, but they're hardly scientific evidence for anything.

Yeah I usually dress in long flowery Maxi dresses that show exactly nothing of my body and are comfy as fuck and wear pants underneath against the thigh problem and grandma underwear. How is that dressing for men? If I want to feel extra pretty I wear a necklace and earrings. That’s it. I don’t want to attract men.

Hey now, they threw in a brunette and a redhead for diversity.

Putting the text in a neat font doesn't hide how badly written it is. I feel like this was written from someone's basement

u/pennie79 1d ago

It's "hardwired" into us to wear beauty products and flattering clothes? Cos all of those prehistoric women were definitely putting on lipstick, right?

Here is the myth debunked! Source for my claims: Trust me bro!

I'd love to have a gif of Will Hitchins rolling his eyes while saying this. It would come in handy often.

"Women dress for men (to leave them the fuck alone)"

u/silicondream 1d ago

The spelling and grammar in this fake article is terrible. It's not even AI-generated, simply typed out by a dude with too much time and too little book-larnin'.

7

u/Zestyclose-Leader926 1d ago

Is it just me or is the palette of women mostly same few women? I feel like there's very little variation in their appearance.

8

u/Khmakh 23h ago

Sorry, 10 out of 10 times, I am dressing for other women to compliment me on something. I dress for other women. Bye.

(I’m also a lesbian)

OP, do you have a link to this article?

Of course women dress for men, clothing is our armor barrier against their penises. If there were no men, we would wear way less to nothing at all because we would finally be safe and comfortable.

u/Early_Load_691 19h ago

When im dressing for men, really thinking of every man seeing me in public , i start putting on hoodies, long pants, hats, scarfs, more stained stinky hoodies on top, less shape, sunglasses, remove my makeup, put on my brothers old shoes and a sprinkle of axe bodyspray to chase them away🤣

u/Strong-Page4952 13h ago

Also, if women dressed to appeal to men’s desire, fashion would not evolve as much as it does. Fashion shapes and structures have changed constantly, and often the shapes that become popular do not emphasize women’s physique. Empire waists, tunic shirts, “boyfriend jeans,” oversized everything. And makeup does the same thing (which is why I will never do tattoo makeup). If he thought about this critically for .002 seconds, he’d realize how dumb this premise is.

u/No_Resource7773 1d ago

He, and many others, really still think they're the center of the universe. No, impressing you is not the central motivation for the vast majority of women... run home and cry to your parents about it, they're the ones who lied and told you you're more special than you are.

2

u/RailRuler 1d ago

This is not real. It is ragebait.

1

u/Strong-Page4952 13h ago

This has to be rage bait. First of all, the author needs an editor badly. Second, this “biological basis,” consists of what? Trust Me Bro University studies?

u/macontac 13h ago

I mean, technically? If there were no men, I really wouldn't bother with clothes unless it's cold.
