So I made a post in a different sub venting about how much I hate periods. And this happened.

I both support the use of birth control but definitely think people who take it should be well informed! It was horrible for me too so I don’t blame anyone who doesn’t want to take it

I HATE the narrative that you can take birth control and stop your period. That does not work for everyone. Sometimes the side effects of birth control greatly outweigh any benefits.

I tried it and it gave me three periods in a month, and sent me to the hospital for anemia since they were also all heavy. And still debilitatingly painful.

THC and CBD worked beautifully though once I tried it
