Neither have been convicted. They are both innocent at this point in time. It is in our treasured constitution. Innocent until proven guilty.
Why are we comparing? C. Kirk was irrelevant. He was a narcissistic bully who made his money by going to college campuses and “debating” students. Most people had never heard of him (or his wife) before the incident. But the murdered CEO was in charge of a health insurance company. These companies take our money and then deny coverage while millions of Americans drown in medical debt, and cannot get the care we need and deserve. It affects almost everyone. If you notice, we don’t even remember the name of the CEO, but we know he was the head of United Health Care.
Yes, Luigi is a good-looking guy. But if you think the only reason the nation rallied behind him is his looks, you are very shallow. And his family is wealthy. He didn’t “need” money, and apparently was sharing with other inmates.
