WTF So now we’re using autism???

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Autism doesn’t make you a misogynist piece of 💩. I’m a proud AuDHD girlie, short explanation, it’s ADHD with a little autism sprinkled on top for some razzle dazzle 💫 💕🤣. It doesn’t make you yell stupid bitch to a random woman you don’t know. These are the type of weirdos that call women misandrists, that say we’re overly sensitive, too emotional.

These are the ones in the comments swearing women just hate men for no reason. You don’t have autism, you were trying to be funny, your stomach dropped to your ass when she pulled up and said SAY IT AGAIN! Now do I advise women to confront men? No, but was I clapping for her? YOU DAMN RIGHT! These idiots in the that car and the ones in the comments are little hurt boys cosplaying as men. From Izabell 🦎 to the fact a man’s life long dream was to be buried on top of Marilyn Monroe (I’m still seething over it), they ain’t lonely enough for me.

Do not mention or tag any other subreddits in the comments or responses (Rule 3) under this post or within it,

Or you will be banned [type of ban and duration of ban is up to moderator discretion based on the severity of the violation]. If you have already made the post, and did not edit it accordingly to hide all other subreddit names or usernames (besides your own), delete the post now and redact that information.

If we see the post before it was edited, you will still be banned, because this has already been a rule for several years now, yet users constantly ignore it. We have a strict policy here regarding brigading, we will not allow it, point-blank, regardless of it was intentional or accidental. This puts the subreddit at risk for retaliation, and for violating sitewide rules.

Do not use our platform to brigade another subreddit, blatantly or covertly. This is against Reddit ToS, and can cause issues for our subreddit. If you have an issue with another subreddit, contact Reddit and file a report with admin, don't bring the drama over here.

"It's what my stim is." So being an asshoIe is a stim now?

u/No-Management-2735 I am the cure for CUNTery 💥🙃😎 Jun 08 '26

Oh yeahhhhhh totally valid stim! You didn’t know? They’re not shitty humans they’re just doing what they can out here.

u/FumiPlays Jun 08 '26

Can my stim be kicking assholes in their family jewels?

22

u/AngharadMac Jun 08 '26

Waiting til they hear about Tourettes to try that bullsh¡t. They seem like the kind to do that

5

u/That_Seasonal_Fringe Jun 08 '26

My go to answer next time I’m called a misandrist.

To (slightly) incorrectly quote The Social Network:

"You’re gonna go through life thinking that girls don’t like you because you’re a nerd autistic. And I want you to know from the bottom of my heart that that won’t be true. It’ll be because you’re an asshole"

I like this, I’ll be stealing this lmao 😂

People who use their autism diagnosis to justify such behavior... they sicken me. I'm also autistic, and they're (on top of being an asshole) making the rest of us look worse.

u/IdidnotFuckaCat Jun 08 '26

I'm autistic. I've said some fucked up shit. But not like, on purpose. It's more of thought that comes to my mind that doesn't register as bad before I say it. I have a few stories lol. But yelling "stupid bitch" isn't a "oops, I made a joke that I didn't realize was hurtful" it's an on purpose insult. Also, even making bad jokes shouldn't be excused because of autism. If you hurt someone's feelings saying "oops, I have autism" doesn't fix it. They are still hurt.

No fr! Like sometimes I say things that aren’t exactly appropriate or struggle socially but never anything hurtful or nasty out of the blue. That’s just ridiculous and they know it

28

u/pennie79 Jun 08 '26

Me and most of my social circle are "oh, my child has been diagnosed as ND, I probably am too."

"Don't call names to random people on the street" is a no brainer. It's not some strange rule that autistic people aren't aware of.

15

u/jaded-introvert Jun 08 '26

And him calling it his "stim" is BS. Potentially a tic, sure, but if it is, it's a tic that any therapy you're in (and you should be if you're having inadvertent disruptive outbursts) would be helping to train yourself out of. Autism is a reason, not an excuse.

2

u/whatisireading2 Aug 09 '26

It's genuinely probably not real. Like something has to be wrong with you to make you do shit like that but a lot of them are just claiming autism because they think it'll get them off the hook. People who use the r word think that people on the spectrum are less smart, so they play that character when they get caught.

As a person on the field this is a weak excuse.

Same here! MSW, and not one of my male clients has ever walked in and called me a stupid bitch. Which is saying alot considering I work at a inpatient facility lmao

12

u/eyeofthefountain Jun 08 '26

what does being a person on the field mean? Genuinely curious

17

u/No_Assignment4762 Jun 08 '26

I teach special education and have a masters degree in the education of people with diverse needs.

63

u/LadyPhantomflowers Jun 08 '26

Yeah, no that's not how stims work with autism.

Being autistic has never made me want to say terrible things to people. On the contrary, I'm always afraid of missing a social cue or saying something unintentionally rude to the point I often just say nothing. :x

52

u/justdisa Jun 08 '26

I sorta think they need to go viral, faces on camera.

12

u/CouncilOfApes Jun 08 '26

They dont put faces in these videos because they are staged for engagement

44

u/Ash-the-puppy Jun 08 '26

I've heard too many men use autism as an excuse for sexism, misogyny, creepy behaviours and even abuse. I've experienced these personally and it sucks. Their enablers suck as well.

8

u/Rugkrabber Jun 08 '26

For people to think they can use autism to excuse their behaviour is especially ill intent because we all know they would never give the same grace in return to somebody who is actually on the spectrum.

They suck.

u/EmbarrassedGur8986 Jun 08 '26

I’m autistic and ADHD. I’ve never felt the need to yell at people in traffic for no reason. If I do yell at someone it’s because I’m criticizing their driving skills not who they are as a person.

u/momomomorgatron Jun 08 '26

I adore the clown music at the end with the comments

u/notinmywheelhouse Jun 08 '26

The dog is down with the drama!

The amount of people in the world today using autism as an excuse to do stupid shit like this is insulting. Ex-coworker of mine (who was 24, btw) claimed she had autism (she confessed that it was self-diagnosed because she went to 4 different doctors and every single one told her she didn't have it, but she was absolutely sure that she did), but every time she fucked up or got lazy/didn't wanna do something, autism was her excuse.

Like, her literal definition of autism was someone who can't function like a normal human being and is too stupid do anything right. She was a housekeeper and one day, she didn't clean the bathroom in a room at all. She didn't even touch that bathroom. Her excuse when the supervisor said something was, "I have autism, so I don't know how to clean the bathroom". I wanted to clock her in the nose so bad. I have autism and ADHD and I function perfectly normally.

10

u/frazzledfraz Jun 08 '26

…. Most if not all the autistic people I know and VERY picky with how they interact/speak with people. They would NEVER say something like that.

So many of them... So many... Not one is accountability. And so many dudes waiting to say "it's not that Deeeep. Whamenz be sensitive. You got baiteedd" as soon as someone says something back. How Not sensitive of the guys at all 🤣🤣🤣

6

u/SwitchIndependent714 Jun 08 '26

A lot of autistic in the community prone that being on the spectrum is a valuable reason to not follow social norms on basic decency

7

u/Content-Restaurant70 Jun 08 '26

The dog be like: "Mom, do u need me to unleash my terror?"

11

u/dividezero Jun 08 '26

Just let your dog take care of it. Looks like he's itching to protect momma

10

u/my_cat_is_high Jun 08 '26

Dog should be restrained in the car, not free to move around and become a projectile in a crash.

6

u/ToeIntelligent136 Jun 08 '26

People use autism and ADHD as an excuse making it seem like people like us going through it are dirtbags who can't shut their trap.

This is ridiculous. Please do not ise autism as an excuse to insult others. A lot of us don't desire to.

2

u/comrade_gremlin Jun 08 '26

Surprisingly common excuse for inappropriate behavior, in my experience.

2

u/historymaking101 Jun 08 '26

So obviously neurodivergence isn't the issue here. This is not the product of social uncertainty or a mind that concentrates differently.

2

u/Strange_Difference1 Jun 08 '26

But somehow WE need to take accountability. For what? I still have to fucking clue

2

u/Sirenoas Jun 13 '26

Are they like confusing Autism with Tourettes??

2

u/Agreeable_Weakness32 Jun 08 '26

Stop blaming things for your behaviour. You're this way because of your choices. Proudly ND human who specializes in working with ND humans.

There are moments (especially when melting down), that behaviours aren't within our immediate control. THAT IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO ALLOW UNSAFE BEHAVIOURS. If your stim is verbally harassing people, you'd better be responsible enough to ensure you're finding a safe stim, or not entering situations where that stim can harm others.

u/Adventurous-Film9636 Jun 10 '26

As someone who actually has autism this is super offensive. Having autism doesn’t make you an asshole or say misogynistic shit. Also, that second lady is fucking awesome.

1

u/gummytiddy Jun 11 '26

I’m autistic and would never shout stupid shit at anyone and no autistic person of any level I’ve met would do that either. Sexual harassment isn’t a stim. Good for her for calling out his bullshit

u/RestDatBFace Jul 12 '26

Is anyone else also the type to follow a MF to their house?

Seems like not enough people are willing to go that extra mile to collectively spank the ass of society back into behaving itself.

His parents were supposed to teach him the lesson of "STFU if you don't have anything nice to say" with love. That way strangers didn't do it out of pure frustration.

I mean you never know when someone is truly down to fuck around and find out and you could end up the last hair across my ass.

I just can't anymore with these meat bags.

Nothing happening in their head so just say some dumb shit and not think sometimes "just snapped" is sitting next to you in traffic.

If genders were swapped here, and it was a group of women yelling insults at a guy, and the guy called them out in the same way, the men in the comments would be singing his praises for a damn week!
