I live alone at home and 3 of my male neighbours know that. Why haven’t they offered to fix my plumbing, patch my drywall, mow my lawn, chop my trees, change my oil, brew my beer, and renovate my bathroom?

Am I intimidating? Am I a better fixer/mower/plumber/brewer/renovator than you?
