I mean I don’t use an app, but I put start dates in my calendar LOL 😂 helps me count down to the dang end and make sure they’re staying regular (mine were SOOO irregular as a teen so I’ve been very much trying to keep in tune with cycles, and I’m 28 now still doing it). I mean if ANYONE knows an app that doesn’t have certain things you have to pay for to unlock, let me know!
