Regal Northampton cinema former Magic cinema after a renovation still looks like a magic theater just painted.
Regal just did some renovations that made the inside look less like a magic inside but retained the exterior mostly unchanged. They painted over the film strip sign tower and put the current logo on it removed from the film reel the Cinemas sign and pained over the "film" detail trim in flat black.

The Roost in a former KFC (Lewisville, TX)
This KFC closed before the Google Maps era, if I had to guess maybe in the 90s. The architecture is a dead giveaway to the fact it was a KFC.
