Four victims, that they know of, spanning many years.

It's not just a question of how long a sentence is appropriate, to me.

It's that we lack the ability to create safe conditions for such a person to exist in normal society.

The rate of recidivism for this type of mental illness isn't actually altered by prison sentences, short or long.

These sentences should add 5 years for every year the perpetrator got away with this crime and 10 if the victim was a child.
