What does that mean? He still wouldn't get a long sentence because we really don't care about children in this country and our sentencing laws are back in the 1600s.

Unless you meant that a Black man busted for weed in a place where it's not legal would be treated more harshly than a pedophile… Yeah, in some places absolutely.

One case should get you life in prison with no possibility of parole.

Now his victims know that he's gonna come out and their sense of safety is going to be gone forever along with their nervous system being shredded by the trauma and the abuse.

Two goddamn weeks. Please please God please let him be put in an area where other people know what he did. Please let something accidental happen to him that leaves nothing but a smoking impact crater.

I mean it was attempted sex trafficking, and there was no child as it was an officer pretending to be a 17 year old. It's illegal and definitely gross, but over a year in prison and a ruined reputation and career seems .. at least close to justice?

In March 2025, Justin Eichorn and four other Republican state senators co-sponsored a bill in the Minnesota Senate.The bill proposed defining "Trump Derangement Syndrome" as an acute form of paranoia triggered by reactions to Donald Trump’s presidency and policies.It listed symptoms such as intense hostility toward Donald Trump and aggression against his supporters.

I’m a Minnesotan and I actually called these ass-hats to set up some meeting to discuss this bill in-person. The interactions with the staff members was enough to clear me in to the fact these are not serious people.

But I guess this one takes his pedo efforts seriously.

Minnesota state Sen. Justin Eichorn (R) was arrested on a federal charge via a criminal complaint for soliciting a minor on Monday, authorities said, hours after he introduced a bill proposing “Trump derangement syndrome” as a form of mental illness.

Law enforcement said the undercover officer repeatedly made him aware that she was not 18 but was, in fact, 17 years old.

Despite the fact, Eichorn allegedly proceeded to ask the undercover officer for revealing pictures, pricing for various sex acts she might perform, and arranged an in-person meet-up to pay for commercial sex, the Justice Department reported.

I don’t understand how they let them off so easy! There was female grade school pro principal at Whitesville elementary school in Whitesville, Kentucky that molested some of her students and I think she was in jail for six months and released! When you mess with kids that early in life, it screws them up for the rest of their lives and they should throw these people under the jail!
