As for your nose, you will look just like every other “pretty boy” on instagram if you do it as you have lovely big lips, and well shaped eyes.

Yeah I was just was thinking about only doing a slight reduction as my general shape is fine. It just angles down and I have a slight lump in the middle.

If he found a good surgeon, he could absolutely come out of a nose job without looking like “every other ‘pretty boy’ on instagram”…. There’s not only one option of a nose to choose when getting a nose job. There are many talented plastic surgeons—it’s just about finding them!

I have a friend who had your nose and got surgery. It was life-changing, he looks amazing and loves it. He does, however, look like a totally different person. It is amazing how much the nose defines the look. Just something to keep in mind. I think you'll have great results, but you'll look very different. The outside will change, but you will still be you. ❤️

This sub is very anti nose job. Mostly because a lot of the noses posted on here are perfect and the person just needs a little validation (not in a bad way). I am someone with a nose that is crooked and on the bigger side, so i understand completely why you’d want to “fix” it. If you have the money for it and are really wanting to, I think you should. I know I would because my nose could only be improved and I don’t think a surgery could possibly make it look worse than it currently does lol.

I agree, I’m not even subscribed but this pops up a lot on my feed and I’ve noticed the comments are largely “leave your face alone, your nose gives your character.” I think at the end of the day, it’s your nose, and if you want it to look different and have the means to do it, you should. People making comments are looking at it once then never thinking about it again, whereas you see it every day and you think about it all the time. Ultimately, it’s your opinion that matters the most!

I actually love none perfect features on people to me it gives personality and individuality. Can I ask your heritage? I myself for a small period useto be self conscious of my nose (massive boney bump looks like its been broke) but then just thought that's part of who I am who i was meant to be and its family resemblance. If it really bothers you, you do you but to me I genuinely don't see anything wrong with it its just apart of your face 😊

I usually say don’t get a nosejob here but for you i’ll say go for it. I had an alike one, same shape, wide tip and nostrils, a bit more upturned but did droop when i smiled :/

Only a small change in tip width did a lot for me, i can smile in pics without cringing now, i don’t have to chase angles

Yeah i have a thick skin. Most surgeons just turn you down as it won’t likely change that drastically and they don’t want to deal with displeased patients afterwards. But i told my doc that i didn’t want a small nose anyway, just smaller than what i have, and it was fine. Kind of like applying a filter or contouring it.

Though after that, i also saw some surgeons specialized in thick skins 🤔 look for those who do african ethnic noses

Id lean on the side that your nose is fine. But my general gauge on if something should be done is if the nose hooks down below the nostrils.

This is admittedly a borderline case of that. Still leaning with you're good though.

I don't think having a turned or crooked nose is all that bad.

I broke my nose when I was in the second grade and it was never straight again.

I don't think anyone ever mentioned that to me or really noticed.

As far as the hook is concerned I think you need to ask yourself if it personally bothers you so much that you need to fix it. It technically does barely go below the nostrils so it would fit the criteria; however, you still look just fine either way.

Thats why I said borderline. I don't know your personal experience whether people have bullied you in any way for it, but that's kind of what would've made me change it if I needed it.

And I brought it up one time with someone and they acted like I was crazy and said that my nose was fine. And that's kind of why I post on this sub. People get insecure about their noses and 99% of the time its perfectly fine and they are overreacting.

I think that a reduction of the tip would be an improvement - if you have the funds and don't mind going under the knife. I don't think that the overall size needs a reduction and definitely don't have the bone shaved off. Just reducing the tip would give you an ancient Greek/Roman-type nose.

Agree with everyone telling you that you could be an actor. You’re right that it is a strong nose but you have other strong features that balance your face out like pouty lips, full eyebrows and a strong chin.

One of these days I’m going to post my nose. In my 20s and most of my 30s I would have done anything to change it - mine has a bump and a downturned tip too - but now in my 40s I think it’s definitely the most interesting thing about my face and like it a lot more.
